Final payment of the full participant fee is due on Friday, April 17th.

Participants will not be able to exchange names or trade places using the same participant fee. All participants must independently pay and register. 

Cancellations/Refunds Due to Security: 

• If your airline cancels your flight and specifically cites safety/security considerations, refund requests will be granted

• If 72 hours prior to your departure there is a persistent and ongoing threat of rocket fire targeting central Israel, refund requests will be granted

• itrek is confident in its ability to maintain a safe and enriching experience. However, we understand the concerns and want you to feel secure. If closer to the Israel Trek you feel too threatened to travel, we will be as flexible as possible. Please note that itrek reserves the right to determine what constitutes a “persistent and ongoing threat” and to adjust Israel Trek logistics as necessary to ensure participant safety. 

• Individual cancellations due to illness, work or personal obligations, or any other non-safety reason, will not be eligible for a refund. 

Transaction fees

• itrek covers 1% WeTravel fee on all transactions.

• Any additional fees associated with credit card processing are paid by the individual but can be avoided by linking a bank account instead of a debit or credit card.
